Easy Start – A Step-by-Step Guide

1. First-time setup of the meter
Create a user profile on the meter to enable personalized settings.
2. Configuring the internet connection
Connect your meter to Wi-Fi by selecting the network in settings. Ensure a stable connection for online services.
3. Ensure your meter is running the latest firmware version
Check the firmware version in the settings menu. If the MeasureEffect tile is visible, your meter is up to date.
4. Upgrade the meter firmware (if necessary)
Download the latest firmware from the Sonel website. Copy it to a FAT32-formatted USB drive, then plug it into the meter.
5. Sign in using Sonel ID or create an account
Log into your Customer Panel with your Sonel ID account, or create a new one via the Sonel website.

6. Activate the MeasureEffect™ service
In your Customer Panel, locate the MeasureEffect™ module. Fill out the form and activate your plan.
7. Sign in using your Sonel ID on the device
Use your Sonel ID credentials to log in on your meter and access MeasureEffect™ services directly from the device.
